Samples must be received by 3:00 PM to begin the turnaround clock the same day. Samples received after 3:00 PM may begin processing the following business day.

Can I send unacidified samples?
Yes, we accept unacidified aqueous samples. However, they will be acidified upon receipt and held for at least 16 hours before analysis, per EPA 200.7 protocol.

Yes. We can ship bottles with nitric acid preservative directly to you upon request. This allows you to preserve samples at the time of collection and avoid the 16-hour hold time.

No. We only accept clear aqueous samples. We do not analyze sludges, oils, or samples with high total dissolved solids.

Yes. On the Chain of Custody mark them for Dissolved Metals. A surcharge of $10 per sample applies.
